The Cove Restaurant And Bar - Boonville

We like the Cove. it has a small bar feel with super friendly staff. My wife, son and I eat here when we visit our son. We eat their burgers which are very good. The all American comes with bacon, an egg, cheese with a fantastic 1/2 lb beef patty. We get it keto style with a side salad, love it. It is without a doubt our favorite place to eat in Booneville. Parking: shared parking with strip mall Kid-friendliness: It is a bar, but seems very family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: I don't pay a lot of attention, but I don't remember any barriers that would cause an issue.

The food and atmosphere were great. It was a great value for the money. My only complaint is they only have 2 bathrooms, 1 for each gender. Unfortunately, the entire time I was at the restaurant, there was an employee getting ready for work (putting her makeup on). I knocked just to have the employee poke her head out thinking I was one of her friends. When I advised I needed to use the bathroom she went back inside. Employees shouldn 't need to use the bathroom to get ready for work, that should be something they do at home and show up ready, or the restaurant should offer multi stall bathroom so customers have access and possibly spend more.

I didn't really vibe with the place. I'm gluten free and vegetarian. I can usually find something, but there wasn't really much I could eat here, and it wasn't very tasty. Service was good, though.

I was so surprised at the menu choices. There was so much variety and fit my dietary needs as well. The service was great and it was very clean. Will be a place I will stop at again when passing through. Loved the Mushroom Swiss Burger, the portabella mushrooms are breaded and fried on your sandwich.

Very good restaurant in Boonville. The food is great and the staff is awesome. Strongly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
