Mcdonald's - Booneville

I want to thank the manager at the restaurant for their exceptional customer service on 3/6/2018. My order was mixed up in the drive-thru, so I had to drive back into the city to get it fixed. Instead of just calling to complain, I decided to go in person. To my surprise, they replaced my meal without any hassle. This is true customer service at its finest. Thank you, my friends!

The service was quick and the prices were reasonable. The burger was not as juicy as I would have liked, but everything else was excellent.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service at my local McDonald's, and I say this sincerely. I don't visit very often, usually only with my grandchildren so they can play while I enjoy a Happy Meal. Sometimes I stop by for breakfast before heading to work, and the Egg White Delight is surprisingly good and not too unhealthy. This morning, I was impressed by the service. I had a short wait for my order, and the staff kindly informed me that it was being cooked fresh and would be out soon. They even apologized for the delay and included a free pancake. The staff, all young people, were very friendly and not at all like the stereotypes of lazy or disinterested youths. They seemed to be working hard for their minimum wage and still took the time to be pleasant. It was disappointing to see some customers being rude to them. The staff at McDonald's deserve recognition and appreciation for their hard work. Keep up the great job, you all truly are amazing and deserve more than just a "flippin' burger."

Order burgers without onions and put double onions on burgers. Burgerpatty was burned. I'm allergic to onions, it was a good thing I'm checking my burgers. would not recommend
