Panera used to be one of our favorites. We stopped in for lunch, and the line was nearly out the door. Several customers in front of us left due to the long wait. My husband and I chose to stick it out… big mistake. After waiting an additional 5 minutes and seeing that the people at the front were still struggling with their order, we decided to leave. What’s surprising is that it wasn’t even a busy lunch hour, and there were only a few people sitting at the tables.

Ove... read more I ordered the French onion soup, but it was barely warm. There was hardly any cheese, and the bread was rock hard. On the positive side, the coffee was hot. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. At 12:30, I even had to clean the table myself.
