TLDR; Avoid! The restaurant welcomes you by the nice selection of fresh seafood and pizza in a menu (which was our trigger because we wanted pizza really much). Anyway, after ordering a pizza and some meat from the BBQ (plus drinks) we serving our waiting time. After half an hour or so the waitress came to inform us that they are not serving pizza at this hour. If that was the case we wouldn’t even order. But the BBQ (in theory) looked good so we persisted and added some shrimp in garlic butter instead. After another half an hour the BBQ came. It was cold and burned. Not much to say, pretty bad. We decided to cancel the shrimp order if possible, but after another 20 minutes it came. The garlic butter was full (like the heaps of) burned garlic. Quickly w grabbed a bill which turned out to still count water we never got and some outrageous price for the burned pork skewer. Outrageous as it was 3x the price it was supposed to be. At least bill correction was smooth so we quickly paid and left. We grabbed our second dinner elsewhere and as soon as I got connection and decided to write my first bad TripAdvisor review. I never write reviews and still decided to do this!

Food Was ok, expensive for what is was , service was very poor , too busy serving large groups of Koreans , waited 30 for a glass of wine , then informed wasn’t any by the glass

If yout intention is to get seriously sick feel free to visit. Old and stinky lobster, yes rotten meat can cause a serious health problems. This place should NOT exist.

We never got our food! We were a group of 4 that came for dinner on a Friday night. When we got there there were only a few customers and several open tables. We sat next to a family where their children were already eating. An hour after ordering we had finished our drinks and hadn’t gotten our food. In the meantime they manage to serve full meals to two couples who arrived at least 30 minutes after us. The family we were seated next to started complaining and we realized that the adults in their group hadn’t gotten their food either. The staff then proceeded to bring them out their cold meals and the family left. After witnessing that episode we decided to leave as well. My father asked why service was so slow and they told him that they only had 2 cooks. It was ridiculous that they hadn’t bothered to mention the wait prior to us ordering and managed to serve the two couples who arrived significantly later than us. The staff was unapologetic and completely unfazed by this incident.

Terrible restaurant experience at Jasz as we had high hopes. We ordered a variety of dishes and the only thing worthy of a mention was the over priced grilled squid it was OK. Arguably the world’s worst spaghetti carbonara was served to my daughter and another dish clearly contained pot noodles as part of their combo meal for a rice/chicken dish Combo No. 8 I think!! Never coming back here and as for service, having to stand up and wave at zombie like staff for salt, a drink, a knife is not what a restaurant in a prime location should be striving for.
