Natural Spice - Bonnybridge

First review I've really had to make. We've been regular customers for years, delivery times are good and food was fine outside of this unfortunate incident. We made our usual order but found the pakora sauce within it was just totally sour, our first thought was that potentially the yoghurt in it was off fine, we thought we'd just call it in to let them know. The issue arose when we called to inform the restaurant of this, the staff who answered were so rude and argumentative and shot us down immediately telling us we were wrong and that there was nothing wrong with it despite 4 different people on our side taste testing, they weren't open to discussion and just ended up cutting our call. We then went to drop the sauce off at the restaurant, staff just stood and watched as we explained the issue, no apology or offer to even replace the sauce. Such a disheartening experience to have with a local business when they don't even know basic rules of customer service.

Ordered a mixed kebab. Let’s just say it’s the worst I’ve ever had, sheesh and chicken, dry as a bone, the sheesh is just a big fat peace of beef jerky and the chicken is like eating a bit of chalk, the doner meat is 10mm thick and absolute skud grade, what a waste of money, I would not recommend this even if your dog has ran out of food and you can’t get to a shop! Terrible food reheated from god knows when! Phoned and complained and he said what do you want me to do about it, phone went dead then tried and tried to get through STAY AWAY waste of money and no customer service Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Just got my food delivered took well over an hour and stone cold freezing
