Starbucks - Bonney Lake

I can't tell you how many times I've been here and they tell me they are out of their black tea, and it's hours before they close and they won't brew any more. Lazyiness, and poor customer service. There is a young man that works there that's very nice, but their customer service is not that of all the other Starbucks around and I've quit trying to get a drink there now. Don't waste your time either.

Let's face it. You are going to find me at Starbucks. And this location is convenient. I got a grande pumpkin spice latte, and glazed lemon loaf for me and my friend to share. I did not get our baristas name, but I gave her a tip : . She was nice. And she made my drink pretty fast, I was shocked. Keep it up!

They can't make a decent Americano for the life of them. Or Chai tea

I've had my order messed up three times in just three days. Perhaps if the staff member hadn't been busy texting on her phone when I placed my order today, they might have gotten it right. I won't be returning.

I've been visiting this Starbucks for years and I've never had any complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my drink is always exactly what I ordered!
