However, this time I encountere... read more I had a great experience with the morning barista on Monday, so I decided to return on Wednesday when the same girl was working. However, this time I encountered a frustrating situation. There was one car ahead of me, and a girl standing nearby was having a long conversation with the customer in the car that lasted over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I was left waiting for my turn. She ordered just one drink and a pup cup, but it felt inappropriate to prioritize chatting over serving other customers. When it was finally my turn, she seemed displeased that I didn’t tip her. I've visited this place many times and always make sure to tip, especially since I used to be a barista and understand the importance of tips for income. However, having to wait so long while she engaged in conversation with someone else felt like poor customer service.

Instead of an apology, she s... read more When she finally came to my window, I pointed out that I had been waiting over six minutes and was there before the other customer. Instead of an apology, she simply said she was stocking and didn’t know I was there. No acknowledgment of my wait or any offer to make it right. She told me she would get to me next, but it was obvious I was the only one there. Frustrated, I decided to leave and told her not to bother. In response, she yelled "BYE" from the other window, loud enough for the other customer to hear. I refused to give my business to someone who might make my drink incorrectly or treat me poorly. I've never experienced such rudeness before, especially at a place I visit daily. My son was taken aback by the whole situation as well. After this incident, I won’t be returning. I had already been having a rough day, and this was just the last straw. It was genuinely hurtful, and it felt like she didn’t care at all.
