Baskin-robbins - Bonney Lake

My friend and I are visiting Portland, and I had an amusing encounter while chasing a clown. Unfortunately, none of the Baskin Robbins locations nearby had any clown-themed sweets. When we walked in, they didn’t have clown pops, but one of the new owners went out of his way to create a clown cone for me. The regular cake decorator was out that day, so he had to gather all the frosting bags and do everything himself. I was really impressed by his effort. After seeing how much work he put into making my clown cone, I felt a bit guilty, since personally, I wouldn’t have gone through all that trouble for just a cone. Thanks to him, I got my clown treat! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and when we're in town again, we’ll definitely return.

This location of BR is under new management, and they are truly fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming!

The experience was fantastic, especially with the ice cream cake. The prices are very reasonable for such exceptional quality. I met one of the new owners, Michael, and he and his staff are outstanding. The hours and location are also great.

Great flavors (loved the York Peppermint Patty ice cream). Great waiting time (one person before us). Great customer service (a happy and happy employee).

The woman that served us is named Michell, she is extremely hardworking and dedicated and has a contagious positive attitude! Made our experience here very enjoyable.
