we returned to lunch with friends because we had spent a very good time in previous times. a little our ritual as we stay every year in bessans. The place is typical. Very nice. At the heart, and yet it had not started (I'm going through the details) a great place in a beautiful village, we dinered a noon, I'll go back there as soon as possible. We chose a cep and cod fondue with a charcuterie board....I used to eat it; But there was a level above the best I could eat. a try absolutely , foie gras salad. amazing, all homemade, foie gras, spicy bread, space dressing, homemade onions, incredible tomato. I'm hungry just to write my comment .... congratulations to the boss, our sums at the end of the world and such respect for his customers is pleased to see bravo

Good table in the heart of old village in Bonneval sur Arc. Some very nice inventions to discover in addition to traditional mountain dishes (focus, pie, diots). Reservation almost indispensable for having a table in this Bonnevalain setting.
