Taste of India - Sudindisch - Bonn

A dosa place in Bonn! Hallelujah! Not the best dosa ever and the decor is um... well... interesting. But just so happy to have a place that does South Indian snacks and food in Bonn. The service is friendly and the food is good.

Visited this place while in transit from Bonn, we ate lunch at this place. It serves average quality South Indian food at ok price. Quality is not very high but good enough for a South Indian food in Bonn. Dosa was fresh but not great. Idle was stale. Poori and tea were ok.The ambiance in the restaurant is really traditional Indian and very nicely done.It I said visibly located on a corner and offers prompt service. The waiter was very friendly. Despite that I won't go again by choice.

Das Essen war solide, aber hat uns leider nicht begeistert:Wir hatten Hühnchen, Pfannkuchen aus Reis und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Das Hühnchen war lecker und die Pfannkuchen sind etwas besonderes! Das vegetarische Gericht war gut gewürzt, aber enthielt meines Erachtens eine TK Gemüse Mischung (Erbsen/Möhrenwürfel/grüne Bohnen). Hier hätte ich frischere Zutaten erwartet.Fazit: Wenn wir indisch essen gehen wollen, dann würden wir das Taj India vorziehen: dort ist das Essen besser, der Empfang / Bedienung ist herzlicher - und es ist dabei auch noch preiswerter!

Don't miss it. We had really great time and we actually think this is the best Indian rest in Germany.
