Took my Vietnamese colleagues to 'Saigon Restaurant ' and braced for their judgement. But the dishes definitely pleased their central Vietnamese palates (and certainly mine), although the cuisine had a clear southern twist. Home made food freshly cooked, quietly served better than most places where I 've been in Vietnam. My colleagues returned a few days later for more! Warmly recommended.
We had a really nice dinner in Saigon! Even though the service takes ages, the food is worth waiting for! It tasted pretty authentic and is fresh and good quality. Totally recommendable!
