Mcdonald's - Bonita Springs

Mcdonald really only cares about the lower line. if it wasn't cheap (but with the raise prices it won't. and quickly I wouldn't go there. it was less and less to be honest. the last time was one last stray for me, almost every other time. they get something wrong in my order and no excuse. Just take it and clear it. I mean, once in a while I would understand. people make mistakes, but almost every other time is unacceptable.

Men of all age groups, the old falk on the midnight shift will meet you. quite repulsive. also this place runs out of the nectar of the gods, otherwise known as sweeter tee, much too often and much too early.

Wasn't even busy and the drive thru was in complete disarray. The person who was suppose to charge us wasn't at the station to do their job and we were looked at as if we were wanting to get a free meal when we literally were handing them our card to pay for our food. Then we get charged more than we were suppose to pay with the meal we originally ordered. Completely mismanaged and never going back there again.

Forgot my cheeseburgers and fries were very cold and not salted waited 30 mins for a quarter pounder and forgot my mcdoubalds I asked for ranch and they gave me bbq sauce was so dissatisfied I didn't even wanna talk to the manager bc she seemed like she didn't care either

Very rude workers, whisper about customers and it's clearly noticeable they did that because they all turned and look at us and laughed. I've waited 20 mins, and still waiting right now for a BURGER! Service absolutely sucks!!
