Little Caesars Pizza - Bonita Springs

A veggie lover ordered, got a meat lover had to return to the store for 15 minutes, no refund. I'm sorry, never again.

It?s cheap. You get what you pay for. The hot and ready pizza is obviously frozen dough, with a smear of sauce and some low-quality cheese. Whenever I?ve purchased the Italian cheese bread, the dough is never fully cooked towards the center. I used to love Little Caesar?s when it was located inside of Kmart. Quality has gone way down since then. Don?t expect good customer service from the high schoolers working here either, they?re pretty rude and don?t really care. We had a bad experience today at this location and their pizza made me sick. I don?t think I?ll be returning. Honestly, just spend a couple bucks more and get yourself some Domino?s up the street. At least their staff is polite and their pizza is way better. Little Caesar?s just isn?t worth it.

Ordered on app to pick up in pizza portal. Bread was hard and not edible!! Two bites and in the trash. Should never serve old food to people who place an order online! Won?t be going back to this location. Good thing for them I took care of RAT INFESTATION for their entire building just a couple months ago. My company won?t be doing anymore work for them either. Some places just don?t deserve it..

The Hot and ready was not hot and ready. Although they all were wearing masks, the girl making my pizza was not wearing gloves. I saw her personally bring up a bag of pepperoni with her bare hands, open the bag and scoup out the pepperoni with her bare hands into the bucket. I will never go back there again. I was disgusted. Should have said hot and nasty. Wear some gloves people. Ewww

At 9:35 clock (time of service says 10:00 clock) to get a pizza and they said they could not because they were closed to clean. but others sat on their pizza. it takes only 15 minutes. the people who work were more interested in going right around 10.
