Just went for a cup of water for my kid and the two women servers almost yelling in angry rude voice “There’s nothing open yet! There’s nothing open yet!” They’re bunch of people there already and can’t even give a kid a cup of water? Or just be more polite saying “We are not opened yet. Pls come at what time.” That is ridiculous. Just trying to kick me out ASAP. What a service from the well known named hotel Hyatt!... View all feedback.

We were looking for an outdoor meal. Sat by the pool, enjoyed the sun and the food was good . Service was good, server friendly.

We come here 2-3 times every year but this rude attitude makes me think to never come back again. You guys totally didn’t need to make a customer feel ruin the day since 10am during the holiday.
