WORST CUATOMER SERVICE EVER!!!The food in this place is very commercial it’s like an overpriced McDonald’s of Mexican food with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They are very, very, very RUDE I don’t recommend this place at all. I give them -10. Stay away from here horrible service from the manager to the cashier.

Love Lolita's Carne Asada. Every time I go the food is great. I hated that they closed the downtown location but I understand why they did.

The food here is amazing I always get the carne asada fries and their red sauce is actually spicy and has flavor.

Food is overpriced for the quality. I probably wouldn't mind paying it if the guy that takes the pickup orders over the phone wasn't so rude. Barely says hi and doesn't even say bye just hangs up. No thank you or nothing. Just what do you want and click! No customer service skills at all.

We come here about twice per month and always get carne asada chips and add pico de gallo. It's very good about 60% of the time. The rest of the time, 40%, it gets ruined by stale chips. We usually get it at lunch and I don't know if they are leftover chips from the previous day but in any case, carne asada stale chips makes me not want to buy from here. Edit 7/12/24: Came back here after almost 6 months off. Ordered CA chips around 1130a. Stale. Again its like they use chips from the previous night. Is using old chips worth the bad review and loss of business?
