The potatoes was clearly pre done and re h... read more We stayed at the hotel and had the dinner at the restaurant after a long day of traveling. We had entrecôte at 24EUR. The potatoes was clearly pre done and re heated for our dinner. The “poivre vert” sauce was bechamel kind with a few peppercorns. The “Roquefort” sauce was the same bechamel base with just a bit of blue cheese taste. The beef it self was so so. Actually after 40 years of frequent travels to France this was probably my worst serving of an entrecôte... The breakfast next morning confirmed the low standard of the kitchen and was highly overpriced at 13EUR.
