What Heather Volk doesn't like about Tea Palace Ii:
Ordered food for pick up. Confirmation said it would be ready in 25 minutes. An hour later after sitting behind only one other car at the pickup window for 30 minutes, we finally got our food. It was not even what we ordered. The restaurant was closed for indoor dining and the parking lot was empty. View all feedback.
I like to go here for the lunch buffet a lot. I mostly enjoy the shrimp. They sometimes need a gentle reminder that the food trays are empty. If you find this when you go just be polite and positive toward the staff there and it will work out better for you and them both.I too have worked at restaurants where your told rude things by the customer's and I'll tell you it's never a pleasant experience to go through. So just think about it in those terms that way you and everyone else there will just have a much better day.I have been enjoying the food here from this wonderful family restaurant for years and I can tell you that I have yet to find anything like other people claim to find in there food from here. They do provide you with quality control over sheer speed.Just remember that they only have a small staff here. If you keep that it mind you won't get as impatient.Thank you to the staff for continuing to provide a lovely experience here at the Tea Palace here in Pueblo CO.May you have a good day!~Jill
Super friendly, and timely service. The food is great and always consistent!

Love this restaurant. Ivy is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Wished they would open up for dining again but places are having a lot of trouble finding people that want to work
I know they changed owners but the Pueblo food I had last night was noooowhere as great as it used to be like the Pueblo West restaurant when Judy was running it. Our family was pretty much regulars (they called my mom Grandma), and all their food was memorable for me. I just ate from the Pueblo one last night after 10 years of being away and was not very happy at all. The Egg Foo Young was very odd. Hardly any egg, which is the main ingredient. It was fried so crispy and so dry with so much cabbage and I think mushrooms with a few pieces of shrimp. You pay $12 for veggies and untastely gravy which was way too thick. The Shrimp Ban Houy was also very awful. The egg rolls tasted like it was freezer burned and they fried it up anyway. I threw away $24 of food that I hoped was going to be just as good as it used to be. Perhaps I will try other dishes in the future but they really need to rethink the Egg Foo Young. That was PW signature dish and I’ve never had it better anywhere else in the US than PW.
