Branding Iron Cafe - Bondurant

Last summer, my husband, our two children, and I were on a road trip from Jackson Hole to Denver when we unexpectedly came across a delightful restaurant in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. We decided to stop for lunch and were instantly captivated by the welcoming atmosphere, delicious homemade meals, and the friendly staff. My kids were particularly excited to see some of the other customers who appeared to be real cowboys! With breathtaking views from our table, outstanding food, and excellent service, we felt like we had uncovered a hidden gem. To top it all off, we indulged in an amazing dessert. I've yet to find anything as delectable as the chocolate cake/brownie topped with coconut and walnut frosting! I truly hope to return one day, and I would love to get the recipe while I'm there.
