What business in 2015 can be ignorant enough to charge for things like soy sauce fish, ginger, tomatoes sauce/ tartare sachets etc.... Just pisses people off and detracts from the food experience. (we just spent $46! - would you like a condiment - sure $1.50 please - take what you will from this; i'de prefer to be charged a bit extra for the meal and given complimentary sauces (buying psychology) - food was good but get with the times.
