Very bad experience. I bought a 1 KG Resmalai flavored cake from this shop. It was for a birthday party. We took just 2 pieces from it that night. By the time we woke up next day, it was spoiled (usually a Resmalai cake can be used for 3 to 4 days if properly refrigerated). My wife gave it to our kids and we came to know that it is spoiled after they told us that they are getting a sour taste. The cake was inside our fridge all the time. I called the shop and they were not ready to accept the mistake. Told me that he (whoever attended the call) will talk to the cook and disconnected my call. I wrote to their customer care and no response from them . I went to the shop trusting the brand and now I lost that trust. Got a new lesson: If you are buying from this shop then use it that day itself. Don 't buy for a 'next day ' function even if it is in the morning. I went to the shop with my kids. I have seen shopkeepers telling me that sab, not good for kids and I don 't see this kind of a concern from this shop. Totally disappointed.
