I stayed in the bromeliad chalet, it's beautiful and spacious, we didn't hear external noise, the blanket is very warm but the internet didn't work, I had to use my internet several times, which also didn't have a good signal! About the service! I found the staff very nice and welcoming, the food delicious and well served, I didn't think it was expensive because it was well prepared! But orders take 1 hour to arrive at the table we ordered our lunch at 2:00 pm and it was served at 3:30 pm. The drinks at the bar are very good and it didn't take long to be served, the guy who works at the bar does a double duty! He arrives in the morning and we saw him until 11 pm, he does the job even though there is a lot of demand. The place is beautiful, cozy, everything thought about the well being of the client. The pool is big and beautiful, but nobody managed to enjoy it because it was very cold! The body does not get used to the temperature because it is very cold. In the afternoon it was sunny, but because it was a high place it wasn't enough to neutralize the pool. We didn't take advantage of the pool, we just went in for 10 minutes and left.

The environment and service are very good, plus many domestic animals where the establishment itself says that they are prohibited with a poster saying that animals are prohibited.

Rooms (we took the cheapest option : here lies the disappointment. Very careless. It has a small kitchen but no dishcloth. Very clean towels and bed linen. A face towel is smaller than a napkin. There are no screens on the windows, as the place has a lot of insects. Cleaning was reasonable. Very bad and old bed mattress. Curtains without blackout, that is, we are already awake at 5am.
