The terrace is magnificent and you overlook Bolzano and the mountains tehrefore I was not really concentrated on the food. The presentation was very nice and the waiters absolutely perfect Maybe it lake of character and the sweet was too...sweet

The dishes read well on the menu and the portion sizes were good but I found the food lacked flavor or had been pre prepared. For me the dishes all had good and bad points. The smoked salmon was too cold, the herb butter had no flavor, but the horseradish cream and brioche were delicious. The thyme risotto was over cooked, but the quail on top was cooked well and was tasty. The chocolate pudding was a little overcooked, therefore missed the runny chocolate eruption effect. However, the service was excellent as was the local wine.

I had typical food from So... read more Nice aperitif in a small bar, after the dinner in the restaurant. The view is beautiful, the service is good and fast, not expensive. I had typical food from South Tirol bacon dumplings and tagliate. It is also a hotel not expensive, beautiful landscape and the entrance in a small route should be amazing in summer or during the grape crop
