When I asked to pay, the wa... read more The food and coffee were tasty. Unfortunately, the whole experience was spoiled by a very unpleasant situation when paying the bill. When I asked to pay, the waiter brought the terminal and told me the amount (I don’t remember exactly how much). I paid by card without carefully checking the amount on the terminal – it was very sunny and the screen was hard to see. After the payment, I asked for the receipt, received it, and put it in my bag. About half an hour later, I looked at the receipt and noticed that the total was €41.90, while €46 had been charged to my card. I felt cheated and very disappointed that a restaurant that seems to be of a good standard would allow something like this to happen. This is the first time I’ve experienced a situation like this. Unfortunately, because of this, despite the good food, I will not return to this restaurant on my next visit to Bolzano.

Eve... read more I can't agree with the other reviews! The service was excellent, the food very good, okay, a bit pricey. But I had a front-row seat overlooking the piazza!! Even in Venice, an espresso costs €12 in St. Mark's Square, and I don't even want to know what the rent is here. So everything was great, 4 stars well deserved, we'll be back!!!
