Bolu Hanzade

If you happen to be in Bolu, don't miss this place. We tried Sultan Soup, Beykoz Tripe Soup, Quantities Pilaf, Lamb Stew, Beef Stir Fry, and Dry Beans. All the original flavors were of excellent quality and extremely authentic. The service was fast, warm, and friendly. It is a lovely family restaurant with homemade meals. Highly recommended.

This restaurant offers the best local cuisine with a variety of delicious meat and soup dishes, along with some vegetarian options. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Be prepared to be served by the chef personally, with great care and attention to detail.

This restaurant is absolutely the best! It's a pride of Bolu, in my opinion. The tables are always full and I had to wait for a seat. The only downside is that they need more space. The food has a great taste with unique dishes and hard-to-find recipes. Don't expect any homey food here. Make sure to try the soup, it's a must-try!

The food was excellent and the owner and the staff were very friendly. we enjoyed the food and the hospitality. if we're in the opposite, we'll be back.
