The Chicken Shaq - Bolton

I went to this restaurant with a colleague and have been a few times now. The food is excellent and very tasty. I particularly enjoy the sizzler dish. It's great value for money. During my last visit, I ordered chicken wings to go. They were well packed with sides and drinks, and very tasty. I will definitely continue to dine here.

I ordered takeaway from this restaurant through Just Eat. The food arrived after an hour and a half. The chips were not well-maintained and were tough. I informed the delivery driver of the issue and he was very understanding, calling the restaurant to agree on a discount without any fuss. The food itself was delicious, with high quality and flavorful ingredients. The fresh lettuce and ample sauces were a good sign of a well-prepared meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly and not dry. Overall, despite the late delivery and chip issue, I recommend this restaurant for their excellent customer service and tasty food. Thank you for a positive experience.

The food at this restaurant is both delicious and affordable. We are regular customers and always receive excellent service. I highly recommend this place as they never disappoint their customers.

As soon as I opened the bag the cardboard container with the wings was falling out. Took off the 2 burgers that had sauce leaking off and the bottom container with sizzler and chips had a hair on the container and some chips sticking out of the container . Total put off. I rang chicken shaq to tell them and the guy blamed the Uber driver ???? Then he started talking to someone else whilst in mid conversation with me . Then promised a call back in 10 mins 25 mins later I am still waiting . I should have checked their Uber reviews they have a 2 star on there now I know why . Disgusting and customer service is appalling.
