absolutely amazing place! an order made earlier today, in 30 minutes pedled hot and full of taste. I couldn't blame a single court. the crispy comminuted duck was perfect, vermicelli noodles were an adorable crispy comminuted bark was boiled to perfection. What Foodandkindness doesn't like about Star City:
I made the mistake of ordering from this restaurant through Just Eat without checking TripAdvisor first. It turned out to be a poor decision. The chicken balls were almost impossible to eat, with heavy, doughy coating and very little meat inside. None of the food we ordered was served hot enough. Absolutely disgusting. Delivered food that was cold wasn’t fit for human consumption , the food was delivered at 8:40 from an order placed at 6:15 straight from the seat of a car in a box, no warm bag or anything. I will be reporting these to the councils food standards. I have had bad take sways before but this was on another level, nothing was edible or even warm
Food was delivered 30 minutes late... rice and chicken cold. ordered seveeal dishes expected a lot more for the value..... but everything tasted the same .sweet and sickly.. just not nice.. coming from two qualified chefs this food was shocking.. dont bother
We have been going to this take away since 2016 and always the food has been outstanding, a couple of weeks ago we prdered some food and it was really bad, not up to the usual standard, we decided that that may be a one off so we ordered some food yesterday (30th January this time the food was so bad, the sauce was like water so I had to drain it and put the sauce in a pan with some cornflower to thicken it, never again, also they charged us £2.00 too much, I wonder if it has changed hands ? real shame
Really upset with the food tonight the salt n pepper box was way to salty and you put onions in omelette ewe
Food was lovely nice and hot! Tasted great will definitely be ordering from here again gorgeous!! Driver was friendly
