What susysusan421 doesn't like about Piggy Banks:
Me and my partner were not impressed with the service provided or the food for that matter. I found multiple hairs in my (burnt) food and the staff were very rude, will not be returning. View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant were lovely and friendly. We had a few drinks before catching the train and would definitely recommend it.
This charming bar is located in the heart of Bolton town center, next to the train station. The staff were delightful and courteous, and they offered a fantastic selection of bottled beers, draft beers, and cocktails. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
Visited this place whilst on business very basic but adequate and very cheep. Wouldn’t say the staff were particularly good just did their job and were not looking to impress. Probably wouldn’t go again !
I visited here on Sunday afternoon with a friend for 2 coffees and a bacon sandwich. The young girl charged me £6:40 but was unable to work out the change. She also informed me that it would take a few minutes as they were doing 2 breakfasts. From where we sat we could see the breakfast being prepared. No gloves or tongs were being used to plate up,the food. Very concerning. Anyway 15 mins later we received our coffee, then a bone dry hard bread role with overcooked bacon. Real shame. Lovely surroundings, but dreadful service.
What a discovery, freshly made sandwiches coffee and real pots of tea, if you're after a quick in and out they will accommodate but this place has been set up to go in and chill out, really relax in good clean and comfortable surroundings, the whole front of the shop opens up on sunny and warm days so the outside is also the inside, great to watch the world bustling on by. No menus as yet as they say they are still developing their offer but that said menu boards are updated regularly, internally. Has a front of house and a relaxing lounge in the rear with access at the back for people coming from Morrisons car park. Student style single room accommodation pods available at the end of July at reasonable prices, owner also feeds the homeless in a selfless act of charity. I had a five item breakfast for £3 and a pot of tea for a pound, slice of lemon drizzle cake was heavenly and all for only a fiver, value and comfort.
