Contribute FeedbackCustomers experienced various issues at a particular McDonald's location. One customer encountered unprofessional staff, missing items in their order, and even had their food forgotten in a previous visit. Another customer received cold food and was missing items in their order multiple times. Additionally, a customer had a negative experience with a delivery order not being completed unless they picked it up themselves. Despite these negative experiences, one customer praised the exceptional customer service received by two employees during their visit.
There was no other way to contact McDs but I wanted to leave some feedback about tonight’s drive thru visit. We are used to dealing with very disinterested staff when visiting here, however, tonight we had the pleasure of being served by 2 really friendly girls. The customer service was absolutely spot on. The girl taking the order was so polite and friendly, and the girl at the second window handing over the food asked us to park up, but again she was extremely friendly, warm and the customer service on point. Well done to both
I had ordered my food from McDonald's: Nuggets, Mayo Chicken, Chips and a Fanta. When it arrived things were fine until I open the bag. No chips. I know this isn't the fault of the driver because no seals were ripped and the rest of my order was there. No way another random person ordered everything I did and no chips. Absolute joke from making people park up after ordering at the Drive-Thru and waiting for 30 minutes, messing up a simple drinks order and now forgetting simple things that I'm paying money for. I've given this place too many chances, I will not be ordering my food from this McDonald's again. I'll be spending it where I actually get what I paid for.
As soon as I arrived in the restaurant, the staff were shouting and swearing, because I assume there was only me and one other man in there who they’d seem to have forgotten about. Very unprofessional. I order and take a seat directly in view of the order monitor and watched as a member of staff threw what I can only assume was food at another member of staff. I wait for my food. The blonde haired girl, who is I assume waiting for the food to come through to her takes it upon herself to stare at me, look away and stare again. My food’s ready, another girl (manager or supervisor) apologies for the wait. I take my food home, to realise they’d forgotten part of my order (cheese dippers) I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it hadn’t happened once before from the same branch, around the same time. So having driven home and back, all of a sudden the restaurant is busy and the staff are pumping out food like no tomorrow, does that mean my custom isn’t enough? No, it just means the staff are bone idle and would rather be throwing food and swearing than working. The boy who served me my cheese dippers was nice and apologised. However, my food had to be warmed up in the microwave when I got home. Will definitely be using another branch.
Incapable of getting an order right on more than 1 occasion. Management I dealt with really did't seen to be bothered.
I ordered a cheeseburger at my table and the waiter was rude to me, frequently using profanity. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.
