Little Italy - Bolton

We waited a long time for our food, but what concerned us more was the packaging it arrived in. We ordered takeout and it came in what appeared to be polystyrene. I am worried about the quality of the food their customers are being served. This restaurant was recommended to us, but now I feel sick thinking about what I ate. I don't mind waiting or eating mediocre food, but I am alarmed by the potential health hazards of this food. I will keep the packaging for inspection if necessary.

I cannot understand how this restaurant has received any positive reviews. We ordered cheesy garlic bread, onion rings, and a chicken kebab with garlic dip. The pizza was bland, reminiscent of cardboard. The onion rings lacked any onion flavor and were as dry as sticks. The chicken kebab turned out to be chicken tikka, even though we did not order that, and it was overly salty. The garlic mayo had strange lumps in it, which were off-putting. Our food was so disappointing that we ended up giving it to the person next to us. I would not recommend this place for takeout.

We waited nearly 3 hours for our food. They told us twice that our delivery driver was waiting outside, only to later admit they were just starting our order. Not worth it. We used to be loyal customers, but won't be returning.

I’ve used this restaurant a lot recently, but having ordered to be told over an hour later and 10 minutes before the delivery was due that they don’t have some of the ingredients is rubbish. When asked why they did not call straight way I was told they were waiting for their delivery so I am unsure how they could give me a time or even anyone else who’s order today a time. Plenty of other business to spend my money with in the future as I will not use them again.

Quality , tasty and on time , we where staying In a hotel locally and came across this wonderful place I had a calzone my partner had a chicken kebab 5 stars little Italy Thankyou
