Kfc Bolton Derby Street

I called today because food chips look like they were fed for a because, only warmed up when customers come, it doesn't look nice, I wouldn't even give them to my dog, I hope something is sorted with this.

Terrible service, was twice and it was really quiet both times, but still I had good waiting for minutes. have never understood the order correctly. to do everything to take selfies, to meet with brushes that look like children. I sat in the window. the first time for a good minute they looked at me literally while they did all this and not even opened the window to say how long. it's a sweat. I had to ask them where my order was, and then decided to pack it, clearly, they did not wait for everything that simply could not serve arsed actually. absolute sweat. no clear management and performed by unripe employees. It will certainly take a long time.

Worse ever kfc. soggy, limp and poor. the personal does not seem to be disturbed. will not use this place again. not sure where the qa is.

Went into this KFC to order some food. It wasn’t too busy, only a few just eat drivers. I was stood there for a good minutes and the staff knew I was there, but they never once thought to take my order. It took...my husband telling them ‘we’re here to order’ and they answered with ‘Oh! Okay!’ And then when I tried to order my piece fillet meal’ the one with just chicken fillets, fries and a drink. The girl kept cutting me off asking which sides I wanted. I tried to explain I just wanted the fillet meal which doesn’t come with extra sides, she just kept saying ‘which side which side which side?’ When I finally got the food, the food was fine, but the staff seriously need to buck up their customer service skills. Very poor and downright rude.

Used to really enjoy a kentucky occasional, but what a disappointment place was dirty more workers than customers all as helpful as traffic wardens by the time I were throwing home chips were sad and stone cold popcorn huh was soggy best part. to avoid this place
