The atmosphere also fell flat, as patrons noted a lack of cleanliness and even premature dismissal from their tables. Despite polite and helpful staff, the overall impression was marred by subpar food and poor customer service. Unless improvements are made, these diners may think twice before returning.

I went through the drive-thru to order 2 chicken burgers and there was no line. I was told to park and they would bring them out in 2 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to go inside to collect my order. I was given 2 cold burgers that had been sitting on the side. I had to argue to get new hot burgers. The customer service was terrible.
I ordered four pieces of chicken from KFC and received four legs with little meat on them. When I called to inquire about the situation, they explained that they had an excess of legs to use up. I believe this is unfair as I was expecting a variety of pieces like legs, wings, and breasts. Getting four legs with minimal chicken was disappointing and felt like a rip-off. I will not be returning to this branch again.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! We ordered food to eat in, but before we could even finish half of it, a young girl came over and told us we had to leave because they were closing. They should have informed us before we placed our order.
If I could rate this place -10 I would. Understandable why this is one of the worst rated fast food places in the area. Shocking service, terrible attitude by the young lad serving at the drive through, I asked for mayonnaise and got a simple no and the door shut in my face. No chips with my meal . Didn 't even eat the order after seeing how unhygienic the place looked, and the staff. This place has gone so massively down hill and I will never return.
The chicken was soggy and the chips were undercooked. Inside was a mess and no tables were clean even though the place was empty. Its been like this the only two times i have ever been, definitely not visiting again.
