I had to wait 1 hour for my collection order which is already frustrating, then for me to get my order completely wrong when I double checked with them twice what my order is. I asked for a full refund and they refused even though they're liable for this mistake. I ended up leaving with no food and no refund absolute disgraceful. one of the worst customer service received will not recommend!

I went here with a friend for a quite meal. The menu was limited and a little pricey but it was okay. However, the service was excellent and the waitress guided us around the complex menu and offered useful advice. She always had a smile and that helps. Her name I think was Sammy and she helped to make this a positive experience

The food here is overly expensive, tasteless and just average. They charge you for breathing in that place! We ordered 2 burgers and they charged us extra for condiments without telling us. They also charge a service charge which isnt optional when the service is standard. You have to view the menu on your phones which is pretty time-consuming and then when they come to take your order they dont advise of the additional charges! They are charging high prices for average food. Better places out there to eat

Honestly the best desserts and the most luxurious hot chocolate ever. The servers were the most friendliest and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go again

After booking 6 weeks previously and sending in our food and dessert choices the week before it was as if they weren’t expecting us. No one came to take our drinks order for 30 mins, food took almost an hour to arrive and we were told they didn’t have our dessert orders which took another 40 mins to arrive. Staff were busy eating and drinking themselves at the back of the restaurant whilst we all sat waiting for our food to arrive. Very disappointing and would not book again due to the service provided!! 15 unhappy customers who won’t be returning.
