Customers report delayed drinks, forgotten meals, and indifferent staff behavior, which can detract from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. Nevertheless, the charming setting, live music, and a fine selection of ales draw visitors in, creating a welcoming vibe for all ages. Ultimately, The Vaults continues to be a popular destination, despite occasional service hiccups.
As a regular weekends visitor I've always asked for a pint pot taken from right back shelves rack rather serve from out straight from hot dishwasher it causes the lager tastes funny can be annoyed me at times and I would always take it back to the bar it does happens at times I can always tell by the taste of it (just in case do keep a watchful eyes on barstaffs if you order a pint serves straight from the dishwasher the chemical from it which can cause funny taste like taste flat) it would be great if they install fridge freezer for various empty pint pots the better the taste it will be would be ideal for all year round. .
Visited on saturday night, not as busy as it used to be, but they have live music on sunday so may be more busier then, still enjoyed the drinks and being back there, will come again

Excellent place for a chilled beer , cocktail, cheeseboard.
