What User doesn't like about Frankie Benny's Bolton:
we came to franc bennies when a worker went. at the arrival on lady a glass flat procecco was handed over, which was changed for a new one. when the two steak frits arrived, which one should call medium, were completely overcooked both were actually so hard to cut through with a steak knife, never mind being able to chew it. you had remained completely untouched (what the person meal was we outside). because of the t... We visited Franc Bennies and were greeted by a server who handed us a flat glass of Prosecco, which we exchanged for a fresh one. When our two steak frites arrived, both were supposed to be medium but were completely overcooked. They were so tough that I struggled to cut them even with a steak knife, let alone chew them. One of the steaks remained completely untouched (the other person's meal was served outside). Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we didn't have the opportunity to raise our concerns before the end of the meal.
This is a classic American dining spot with outstanding service provided by the two staff members who attended to our table. The food isn't extravagant, but it's definitely generous in portion size, and the service was quick. I would be happy to recommend this place.
