Absolutely the best snack ever! I hope they stay at Sugarbush forever, please!

Wow, these onigiri are incredible! They make the perfect snack or meal for a day on the slopes. The service is super fast and friendly, and the warm, perfectly seasoned sushi rice is wrapped in a crispy, aromatic sheet of nori. Inside, you can choose from a variety of delicious fillings like spicy tuna, pork belly, plum, eel, and shiitake mushroom. Every single one we tried over several days was amazing. Their miso soup, with optional spicy seasoning, is also a fantastic way to warm up. These folks really know what they’re doing, and we can’t wait to return! I just wish they were open for longer hours!

I usually love this restaurant, but something seems off at this location! I think the owner should consider retraining the staff to uphold the high standards that Miso Toh Kome is known for.

This food cart was amazing! It's hard to come by Onigiri in my area, so I was thrilled to find this place. The rice balls are served hot and are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. They were quite generous in size and very satisfying, which I really enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly as well. They also offered side dishes like edamame, and I think they serve ramen at other locations. I believe this food cart usually operates at ski resorts, including Sugar Bush, Spruce Peak, and Bolton Valley, among others. I highly recommend checking it out!
