We had to wait in line, and while three workers were busy with preparations, they didn't acknowledge us at all. Eventually, someone came from a back room to take our orders, but no one seemed to be making drinks during that time. On a positive note, the coffee was good.

I would give this restaurant 1 star mainly due to the terrible service. Every time I visit this location and reach the register, the staff behind the counter seem to hide and completely ignore the customers waiting in line. If you’re fortunate enough for them to finally notice you, your order takes forever to be prepared, and I’ve never once ordered and received exactly what I asked for.

The service was exceptional, the coffee was prepared just the way we like it, and the staff was incredibly polite. Congratulations!

These folks are on another planet, taking their sweet time. Not attending the register while people wait. Then taking orders insanely slowly. I waited for a while then had to leave empty handed. Then was late for an appointment i had anyway. Very frustrating.
