Blue Water Manor - Bolton

Absolutely spectacular ground !!! Beautiful pool set in a lovely garden. Koi pools that are beyond tranquilizing. Incredible views of the lake and mountains. Restart is like a fort Set in large stone . The staff is top notch. Over all a five star experience. Zero connectivity. Cellular service isn’t working and Hotel Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the room, even though we called during the reservation to confirm Wi-Fi would be available. Rude manager thought it is normal and blamed poor Wi-Fi setup on mountains, as if there is a mountain between their Wi-Fi router and the cabin. They offered to move us to a suite for almost double the rate or leave. We cut our stay shot and stayed for only one night. In the morning, we were greeted by construction right next to our cabin (which we also were not warned about). On the positive note, we did receive refund for the unused nights.

The View The View The View! At Tavern on the Lake we were seated on an outside deck in an area where it was only our table and it was lovely. Overlooking Lake George couldn't have been a better backdrop. Our server was absolutely LOVELY! The food was pricey for what it was, but you're paying for that location. We had two adults and three kids and there was something on the menu to make everyone happy. We will be back! Service: 5
