Stratengers Casual Dining - Bolton

I have to agree with the "Poor & Disappointing" review of the Indian dishes. After navigating the confusing mobile website that doesn't acknowledge the different menus between locations we ordered the Maharaja Dinner for Two. We got the Chana and Tandoori.... as the other review said, the sauces tasted like they came out of a jar, with poor flavour and strong tomato paste taste. The few pieces of chicken looked they came from a package. The portions were also small for the money. Our naan was stiff as plywood. It was utterly disappointing. There are much better options in the area.

Great service. Had the Crab Cakes eggs Benny - awesome. The Bacon Grilled Cheese was also fantastic. Service was attentive.

Best breakfast in Bolton, Ontario. The crab cakes are a delicious addition to regular egg breakfast. The staff is courteous. They need to put pads under the chairs to snuff the noise of dragging chairs on tiles.

This independent diner is a little Jem in Bolton. Situated right on top of to the south hill and next to the Caledon fair grounds and arena. Get there early on the weekends, it fills up quick cause the food is amazing and great price for quality and quantity. They don't cut corners so come hungry....the do have lighter options if your watching the waist line.

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, bacon and eggs for one and the other had 3 monstrous, but fluffy pancakes. Refillable coffee hit the spot and the large pot of tea ...will be coming back for sure.
