La Pineta - BOLSENA

We were asked to go into The Garden. It was very hot, so I would have prefered The restaurant inside, but ok. The view to The Lake Bolsena was Nice! My husband chose The menu, I two plates. Everything We get was very, very good! So good, that next time, I visit Lake Bolsena, I Will drive up here! Try it! .....and The service, The female waiter gave us, was exelent! She was very, very focused and had an eye on every finger, so All Guests felt welcome. The chef served some of The food, and The Ladies loved it....:

Refused to supply a plate different than menu , requested due to health reasons.. lactose intolerant Pretended to charge extra. Not happy with service

We loved this restaurant! It sits right by the lake great views. The hostess was really nice and caring. The best: the food. Their fish starter plate is delicious. In fact all we have eaten was really well prepared and tasty. Prices of the food and wine was more than fair. Whenever we will go to Bolsena again thats the place to have fish.

We were a group of about 20 friends over 60 years old cheered by excellent dishes based on lake fish served with kindness and professionalism by the staff of this restaurant located on the shore of Lake Bolsena.

Lake Bolsena is truly an undiscovered gem, right in the middle of Italy a few kilometers from the beautiful and well discovered town of Orvieto. I have come to this restaurant on and off for many years. It is unpretentious, yet it has an exquisite view of the lake, and the sunset over the lake. Whether you come at lunch or dinner the lake is what makes this place a memorable event. The lake fish that is prepared fresh is justly reputed to be a delight and every time I have been, it has not disappointed. If you are in the region, and are driving through, it is a definitely a place to stop savor and enjoy.
