My stay at the Lassus restaurant in Bolquère was a memorable and most enjoyable experience for the Alsina family. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the manager and his team, who reserved us a warm welcome and filled with true human quality. The manager welcomed us with a sincere smile and kindness that immediately made us feel comfortable. His kindness and devotion to his clients were remarkable, creating a friendly and family atmosphere throughout our stay. We were delighted by the quality of the reception and service offered by the hotel. Our room was comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs, offering magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel's restaurant was a true revelation for us. The dishes offered were able to harmoniously combine local flavours and contemporary culinary influences. Each plate was a work of gustative art, presenting fresh and quality products, cooked with remarkable mastery. We had the chance to be able to choose between a varied menu and homemade dishes at the restaurant. The menu offered an attractive selection of exquisite dishes, while the dishes of the day, carefully prepared, reflected the flavours of the region and the creativity of the chef. These options allowed us to taste authentic and delicious cuisine every day of our stay. The restaurant service was impeccable, attentive and filled with the same human quality we had already felt when we arrived. Apart from the excellent cuisine and warm welcome, the location of the hotel is simply magnificent. The Pic du Canigou, majestic and imposing, as well as many enchanting lakes, surround the place, offering breathtaking views and opportunities for unforgettable excursions in nature. We took advantage of this closeness with nature, starting to discover the hiking trails that led us to crystalline lakes and breathtaking landscapes. These moments in communion with nature have made our stay even more memorable. In short, the warm welcome of the manager, the human quality of the service, the variety of the menu and the dishes of the day home, as well as the enchanting geographical environment with the Pic du Canigou and many beautiful lakes, were the real highlights of our stay at the Lassus restaurant hotel. These qualities have brought an additional dimension to our culinary and hotel experience, making this hotel a true haven of conviviality, well-being and discovery in the heart of the Catalan mountains.
