Every little detail inside i... read more Zoo is a family place at first but everyone can enjoy the atmosphere. High ceiling and large indoor area make you feel comfortable. Every little detail inside is very nice. And food is delicious. There are not many choices but rest assured each one is handmade with organic ingredients. Stongly recommended for a healthy break in your tour at Bologna, especially if you have a kid.

The food too is very nice, as are the cakes and other baked goods. It's a shame that they don't have an actual coffee machine, they just offer refillable filtered coffee. That being said, it is a real zoo! My biggest disappointment was indeed the organization: the kitchen always looks so crowded and the coffee/serving room is left forgotten! Food takes a while to be served, and the tables are left there with plates and cups for ages, I've had to clean up a table myself and I've seen other people do the same, on a final note, the staff can also come off as cold. Nevertheless, definitely recommend it, I guess being cute does help to cover up some flaws!
