Sable Gelato - BOLOGNA

Alessandro worked on the day we were stopped by sable and he is clearly passionate about his Gelato production craft. the chocolate was strong for our five years old, but you could say is tasted due to the quality of the cocoa beans and the dark chocolate. we also had a coffee-lato milkshake, a raspberry garnish and a Stracciatella mix.

Era da tempo che, incuriosito da un profilo Instagram molto interessante, volevo provare la produzione di questo giovane artista del gelato (ma è anche un grande imprenditore e, immagino, molto di più): ho scoperto che non solo la presentazione è estremamente curata, ma c'è così tanta sostanza, in particolare per quanto riguarda la scelta delle materie prime, la passione per il mestiere e l'attenzione maniacale ai dettagli. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità! Bravo ragazzo!
