Everything was good: excellent sangria and fast service... what else?

We wanted to try a different evening but the result disappointed my expectations a bit. Fresh fish but the paella was served a little burnt and the rice was overcooked... good fried octopus but for 18 euros very small... the table was inside and it was a little hot, luckily there weren't many people... not drove us crazy..
