innovative kitchen and beautiful presentation. every court as they can see from all the contributions were like works of art. the restaurant was very full when I called, but the dame was friendly enough to accommodate me, as the next days were full again! really glad the opportunity had to dinate there and top notch experience! The reason for the two stars is because even though we booked weeks in advance we were seated in the basement area, which was extremely unpleasant to have dinner. I believe that the customer should be informed that the dinner area could be in the basement upon booking. Food was average, but fancy looking. There are definitely much tastier choices in BOLOGNA. BISOGNA PRENOTARE...anche domenica a pranzo. Ci arrivi dal centro....passando vicino alla finestrella...e con un salto a trovar cose interessanti nel negozio solidale di Humanitas.Molti piatti interessanti ben costruiti ottimi ingredienti ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tante cose buone. Non si riesce a gustare tutto. Tagliere stratosferico. Tortellini in brodo eccellenti. Carbonara incredibilmente nuova. Cotoletta impanata con patate innovativa croccante...buonissima.Ci dobbiamo tornare.

Ottima cucina, con rivisitazioni che preservano i sapori. Purtroppo, il prezzo è troppo alto. Very nice and modern restaurant. The price is above average, but food and service was excellent. We had Pamigiana Melanzana as a starter, then Piccione E Capesante and Rosotto Acuerello. All traditional dishes with a spin. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40
