As the name suggested, this restaurant serve the traditional styled food of Bologna. They do a capable job, but not the best I have had. There is no visible sign of the restaurant except the name in etched in the glass, since is is at the first floor of the hotel, it was hard for us to find it even though we were using google map and it is on a major street. Found this place by mistake while walking around the city. It has this beautiful seating and it’s very romantic. Food was really good and prosecco too. Sadly the waiter didn’t speak much English so I couldn’t take my pasta away
Coincidentally we found this place, away from the hustle and bustle in a small alley. Humorous service. Good food cutlet and pasta good local wines for fair prices. Recommended!
Tagliatelle ragu bolognese, quite good. Located near Piazza Maggiore. 3euro covered. Good service, some outdoor tables on a quiet street. Ample seating indoors.
Stopped for lunch without a reservation which was not a problem. Enjoyed a well presented and prepared lunch. The star was a black rice amuse bouche which was incredibly unusual and delicious we've never had a dish remotely like it and it was, well, wonderful. Certainly worth a try if you are in the area.
