All I have to say is that a owner of any business can be a really bad wise guy! Stopped with my son to eat and we ordered the lunch menu! House wine included That's what I ordered and when I got the bill he...charged me for my glass of wine! So I asked him why, since it was included! Everything was very good, fresh and tasty, excellent eating and good wine. Delicious desert, we tried all that I strongly recommend this place, mindful it is also open on Sunday afternoon when most restaurants in bologna are closed!
I agree that I am underestimated. we were exhausted and couldn't eat more than we did in this restaurant. both were very happy with our meal. the ragu was great and the tortellini in brodo tasty. perfect broth. the wee was very good for the price. I would recommend for his rest alone.
We called in on the way back from The Sanctuary of San Luca. We each had a large beer and a piadina (local sandwich). The food was fresh, tasty and classically Italian. The beer was cold and much enjoyed. Same prices as UK. The food...was made by the owners who were helpful and pleasant. A good place to stop off for a rest.
After a quite long walk from San Luca we were searching for a nice restaurant to have dinner. And we stopped in Bar Margherita. The atmosphere was very friendly and so was the waiter. We ordered some typical bolognese food and it was very delicious....The price was quite acceptable. For the end a good espresso helped us make a perfect day. Recommended!!
Good, very good, best eat. beautiful service and original place. we had tortelloni and ragu for primi.
