The...shumai was made of meat and not the garnel it mentioned on the menu. the spagetti di intergale con gamberetti had only 3 small garnels and was very oily the pollenkonrancia was a heavy fried chicken breast, which was heavily covered with a sweet strange sauce that was neither orange nor lemon. it reminds me of a bad US Chinese. the miraculous suppe was a tiny bowl of 4 knödeln, which looked more like something bigger tortellini with hardly engaged and the filling that was there, tasted nothing like garnel and pork, but everything is flesh based, something like ragu fast. the shao lun pao was at least consistent and so was the riso di curry, but bambu must give me the same quality consistently for me to give a higher rating. I will try for a third time and if that doesn't work, then I will continue my search for decent Chinese food. as much as I love Italian eating, I still want my Chinese food to be Chinese and not being respected to the local flavors.
