First of all they have the bolognese sauce in only beef version which makes possible for ones who are not consuming pork, to try the traditional dish. The staff are very alive and friendly which gives energy to the place also. The food was also good.

The lasa... read more Great NO-PORK Bolognese option in Bologna! I really enjoyed the Tagliatelle al ragù alla Bolognese made without pork — flavorful, rich, and authentic. The lasagne (also no pork) was equally tasty. Service was a little slow, but the staff were very friendly, which made the visit pleasant.
