What Kevin Ross doesn't like about Savour Bolivar:
It took us over an hour to get our food. It was cold by then and the bus boy brought it because the waiter ignored us in favor of his friends sitting around us. It was absolutely awkward. The seabass was soggy by the time we got it. Also fairly unseasoned. We still tipped and hope the bus boy got his cut. Since he's actually willing to do the job This was not a fun birthday for me. We enjoyed a special occasion brunch. 5 star service and food in a casual brunch setting. The omelet I had was very fluffy and cheesy. I am thankful we have fine dining in Bolivar. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.

read moreGreat service, food, and atmosphere. I wish they carried more Missouri wines, though. You should definitely give it a try.
