I love this location in particular, but they messed up our door dash order, and the night manager Dave rectified the situation immediately. That is great customer service. Keep up the good work ladies and gents. I understand they have a conjoined drive through with that burger joint. So I understand that it's a new dynamic. Thank you for helping us to enjoy the night. What User doesn't like about Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store:
We went to this Oberweiss last Friday, we were the only ones in the store. No flavors were listed when I asked the girl where they worked there when they had a certain taste - they didn't speak and just shake their head? No? I think she spoke once when she gave my husband his shake, who spilled the pages! She was so rude that it was almost funny!!! Needless to say we won? not again soon. I love Oberweiss and we visit... The banan queen is not so good. especially for $10. the banan gap of andy better:
Very good as always. the internal kitchen is still closed. this was just a car ride when we visited.
Always busy, but very good customer service every time.
I love oberweis ice cream but the store is clearly understaffed.
Ice cream is good. But then again 99% of ice cream is good. I don't really like the configuration of this location for drive-through.
